Outlook Alias not showing up

SOLVE

Hello,

 

I recently connected my outlook account that has aliases to send some emails to a special category of clients.

 

After I connected my inbox and added my aliases; it still does not give me the option to drop down in order to choose the alias I want to use. 

 

 I am already registered to the Send from Outlook Aliases beta.

 

What can I do to fix this issue ?

To reach your objective, it's important to follow the steps in detail. Is it possible that one has been omitted? Would you please verify that you've followed each of these steps exactly?

 

1. Create the alias on the outlook side

2. Enable alias support for Microsoft Outlook, you must opt into the Send from Outlook Aliases beta. 

3. After opting in, disconnect and reconnect your personal email to HubSpot. Once reconnected, your available aliases will appear in the From dropdown menu when sending emails.
