Our team admin left the company! HELP!

SOLVE

Our team admin left our company. They had the only team administrator account. Everyone else has the team member level associated to their name. How can we assign a new admin to our organisation without admin access?

I've taken a look at the only account I could find in your name, HUB ID 2873705 under the domain vigil365.com - let me know if this the wrong account.

 

You have two account administrators in your account their first names are Michael and Phil. You will need to reach out to one of these individuals to grant another user admin access. HubSpot is not able to assign roles to any users.

 

Are you able to get in touch with either of these individuals?

We're using a free Hubspot account. When logged in I don't get an option to contact support.
