Our administrator and starter seat assignment has been removed
Everything was working until this morning. Last month we upgraded to the starter with a single seat paid a year in advance. It looks like our super admin has been removed although he (single seat designee and super admin) can still login and see some things. We can no longer respond to emails and our email campaign is no longer visible. It also appears our connection to Shopify has been removed. He also can't click on users or seats.
