I didn't see a good place to post this so it's going here.
We have an orphaned account from a company that we acquired several years ago that I am trying to get access to and subsequently delete. It is no longer a paid account so I don't seem to be able to reach out to support about it. I don't know what users had access to it so I'm not sure if there are still active email accounts where I can reset a password.
Please let me know how I should proceed or who I should talk to. Thank you!
