Open email notifications displayed on the notification icon on the top right
Hello,
I am only seeing "open email" activity under the contacts activity, I once had it setup to appear under the notifications on the top right of the CRM as well as the contacts activity timeline. Does anyone know how I can implement that? I hope this makes sense, thanks!

Thanks! It does help, but unfortunately still not seeing email activity in the notifications. I am seeing tasks now, but no email notifications, opens, clicks, etc. I have everything checked on the notifications to show me everything but it's still not showing, makes me very hesitant to think of thinking about upgrading when I scale.
So with this specific type of notifications, you won't see sales email opens etc. For that, you can either use the Activity Feed or receive real-time notifications (explained in the article as well) via Chrome or the Windows tray app depending on which extension/add-in you're using.
You can set up your notifications for all tasks and activities from the main setting.
Click on the Setting in gthe mainn navugation bar > Notifications in the left side bar menu. Click the particular tab, scroll down and set your nitifications. We have created this small video for you:
