SOLVE

I went through many articles in this communitiy, but I can't find the answer to this issue:

 

- Sending email through HubSpot works fine, but incoming emails are not shown.

- I was able to link my office 365 account.

- I use O365 through webmail, so not via a desktop app (is that a requirement?)

 

Can someone help me so I can see incoming emails in the history automatically?

Hi @PieterMartens, we actually already have a thread about email replies from Outlook 365 inboxes not logging into the CRM; could you please read all of the responses there, and comment on that thread if you have any more questions?
