Noting WHO subscribes / unsubscribes contacts in HubSpot

Hi,

Just a bit of an audit request here. It would be very helpful for HS to log/note which HS user subscribes or unsubscribes a contact to a email subscription list. At present is just notes in the activity that the status has changed, but not by whom?

Surprised it doesn't do this already as it usually notes who updates emails / meetings / notes and everything else.

You can see this in the subscription history, see screenshot below, which shows the source and which user carried out the action.
