I am not receiving the email with the verification code to log in. My email account (ebennett@bryantgrp.co) was not licensed when the first code was sent, so it likely bounced, and now will need to be reset.
If the email wasn’t licensed when the first verification code was sent, it likely bounced — and HubSpot might’ve blocked future sends to that address.
This can usually be resolved by clearing the bounce on the backend, but since you might not have access to Support, I’d recommend flagging this for a community manager.
