Not getting mobile alerts on IOS of new leads

I am on the FREE verion and have set everything up. I am getting alerts on my phone and apple watch of emails being read but when new leads come in on my contacts list i get no alerts? What do i need to do?

Hello @jolenem76 

 

At the moment there is not a native setting to receive on the mobile app an alert on new contacts.

In the mobile app, you are able to get notifications on:

  • Contact mention
  • Company mention
