Not Receiving Welcome Email

Hello,

 

I'm having trouble signing up new users at my organization. None of them are receiving a welcome email. I have followed all the steps in this post: New user not receiving welcome email: PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING to no avail. 

 

Can someone please help?
