New user not receiving welcome email

A new user on a new account (jrajanayakam@accelmetricllc.org) is not receiving his welcome email. Could you please unbounce?

In the backend I can see that the email didn't bounce but it was deferred.

Hi, I am having the same issue here with the email notifier not landing, spoke with online help and followed all the support documents to no avail. Any chance of some assistance? Account 'The Parts Alliance'
