New user invitation email not working

I am trying to add a new user to my CRM.

Adi@gefen.org.il - But no one is able to see this email.

 

Can you help?

Hi,

I'm having a similar issue with a newly created user not getting the notification.

I have followed and setup everything on mentioned on this post:

and still no emails are coming through.. I have also checked the backend and not emails are getting flagged, caught/quaranteened.  

 

The receiving domain is westcoastlegendary.com

Hi @abanan,

 

There was an email address in your portal associated with that domain which was bouncing. I have unbounced the email address, so you should be all set.
