New user invitation email not working

Hi there,   I have sent an "invite" several times to gcalosso@siwersandpartners.com but he has received nothing. I have already check Spam folder and resync several times.

Hi Javier! Are other users with the same email-adress/on the same "email server" able to get the mail?
