New user can not log in

SOLVE
I have a new member of our team I’ve added. It tells me to successfully sent him an email so that he can login. He can never login I don’t know how to resolve this

Hi @Legatus,

 

Have you re-sent him the invite? He should also be able to go to the HubSpot log in screen and reset his password...if that's the issue.
