You might consider reducing his/her access to nothing instead of totally removing (for now). This can save time later when trying to identify ownership of assets. (important)
Notes: SuperAdmin removed SuperAdmin access for all other accounts and is holding the portal hostage. HubSpot Support will need to escalate portal owner access to resolve issue on free account.
