New User account is locked by administrator

I just created a new free account a few days ago to try out the software. I have used it and put a lot of customer information into it. Today I tried to get into my account and it says its been locked by an administrator. I do not have a phone number to call and get support since its the free version. It keeps directing me here or the chat robot. I tried the chat robot and it didnt help recover my account. How do I recover my information?

I would recommend filling out the form at the bottom of this article: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/why-can-t-i-log-into-hubspot#additional-login-help

 

An internal team might be able to help you with your login.

I provided my information to them yesterday and have not recieved a response today. But I will wait and see if I get one. Thanks

Could you please share a screenshot if the entire notice you're seeing? Is "Locked by administrator" all there is?

hi

This is still coming up today. I need to update my website as the one I registered with does not work. Which is why I thought it might have been locked. But all my work contacts and emails were going out of hubspot and I dont have access right now. Which I worry about becasue I dont have my work contacts saved anywhere else. I'm not sure I want the paid version if the free one doesn't even work when I need it to and there doesnt seem to be an immideate solution.
