New User - Verification email

解決

Hi,

 

I have newly created user x but he is not receiveing verification email. I have tried recreating user, tried suggested from FAQs and still same.


Any ideas how can i solve this?

I was checking on our internal systems and it seems the email nercoxxx is not found, could you please make sure this email exists?

I have retired all suggested steps but user is still not receiving email.

Thanks for answer!

Looks like that was the problem. 
That users mail box was new, so probably emails were still not going trough. I did resend verification email this morning and it passed.
