New User Invitation email not received

Hello,

 

I am trying to add crm@benesprays.com to our account, however the email will not deliver to the inbox. Can you please check to see if the intial email that was sent out bounced or clear any errors, so that we can set this new user up?

Hello @benespray I can confirm this email hard bounced which is why the user was not receiving HubSpot emails or notifications.

 

I have successfully unbounced the email but please ask your team to review and apply the instructions in the below article before proceeding to avoid this happening again:

 

Not receiving HubSpot system or notification emails
