Need to un-bounce email in order to create new user
We try to create a new user and send the email invite but unfortunately it has been bounced. After trying everything on the troubleshooting suggestions as well as talking to the technical team, I have been told it will be best to post on here to get help.
This is the next step which i believe that we resolve the matter:
- If the initial delivery attempt for an invitation email fails to be delivered, HubSpot will block the corresponding email address, and you will need to contact HubSpot Support to get help with manually unbouncing the address
