Need Help Regarding Forms

SOLVE

I have been using HubSpot for years. Every time a form was submitted to HubSpot, HubSpot would send me an email listing all of the fields filled out and providing a button at the bottom to go directly to the form so I could follow up. I do get the notification email, but not the fully filled email. How do I get this working again? It seems like an incorrect setting.

Hi @CEOSEOINC,

Could you be more specific with this?

What exactly are you receiving, what are you expecting to receive exactly? Has the contact previously submitted a form? If so, were the submitted values the same as with the recent submission? In this case, HubSpot might skip including them in the email.

If you want full control over notifications, you would create an internal email notification in a contact-based workflow that sends the email whenever someone submits a form. You have full control over fields included in the notification via personalization tokens.
