My hubspot extensions tab under email integration settings is not working

The tab provides you with the current IP address you are working on, in order to exclude the tracking of emails from the computer you are using.

I have a dynamic IP and must check that information from time to time and update the Hubspot filter.

BUT in the last 10 days, the tab sets the three floating balls to put you "waiting" for the page to load and remain in that condition permanently.

All the other tabs and settings are working.

Does anyone have the same issue? How to overcome it?
