I have an employee working on HubSpot. However, now she is getting a message that the IP address is blocked by HubSpot...
How do I get this resolved?
I have, of course, chatted with Servicedesk, but they were unable to do anything and referred me to the Community...
My employee works from home through a shared public IP address (shared between all apartments in multiple block).
