My IP address is being blocked by HubSpot

Hi,

I have an employee working on HubSpot. However, now she is getting a message that the IP address is blocked by HubSpot...

How do I get this resolved?

I have, of course, chatted with Servicedesk, but they were unable to do anything and referred me to the Community...

 

My employee works from home through a shared public IP address (shared between all apartments in multiple block). 

Any ideas?

My guess would be it's something with the shared IP causing issues.

 

@jennysowyrda can you shed any more light on this?

I believe so too, but I have no idea why. Taking a look at a great number of blacklists, the IP is blocked on two out of appr 50.

However, only HubSpot can remove the IP address from that blacklist.Skærmbillede 2019-10-10 kl. 09.40.48.png
