My Email inbox

SOLVE

i connected several of my emails as channels on the inbox settings in email in general settings. I can see new mails sent to these email accounts in the inbox in contacts module, but I can't see my old mails? Why is this? Because I need to access my old mails before I linked it so I can have all my mails in one space. Both old and new mails.

Hi @ISolomon 

 

When you connect new channels (be that email or anything else) they will never log historic emails and conversations, only ever from the time of initial connection.
