Misspelt Account Name

SOLVE

Hi, 

 

I've just noticed that our company name has been misspelt on Hubspot under Account & Billing > Company Information

 

It isn't currently letting me correct it, so please could you let me know how best I can amend this?

The Edit button next to ym copany name is currently inactive?

 

I am a super admin, so would the ebst soution be to email billing@hubspot.com?

You can find steps and instructions to change the account name here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/change-the-company-name-on-your-invoice-and-receipt

 

Should these options not be available to you, could you confirm that you are an super admin / have permissions to make changes in this part of the tool?
