When I want to set up/edit the Deals Form I do not have all properties available to chose from. When I click on "add property" only 2 groups are shown and within this groups a lot of properties are not shown and therefore can not be selected. This are all normal number fields (so no calculated ones which are not shown by default). Also when comparing the property setting there is no difference to be found between available and not available properties. I also logged out already and used a different browser, but always the same. How can this be solved? Looks like a bug for me.

If you're seeing properties, then these are likely not deal properties – could you double check?

Well, I can not add them to the deal form in the first place, which is why I even can not enter anything. I compared settings and I could not find any difference between available properties and those which are not. There are many Properties provided by Hupspot (Group Analytics History, Original Traffic Source) which are shown but many others are not and I can not figure out why.
Now this seems to be a trace to the solution of this miracle. When I add these fields to the table view columns of the deals I really can not edit them. Is there a way to figure out which are editable and which are not? Like a list of the properties provided by hubspot where I could see which can be edited?
@AKrobath I shared that list in my previous reply. The field definitions typically include a note when it's view only. By attempting to edit a value on a record you can confirm, too. If you're a super admin but can't edit a property, it must he view only.

Thats it. Problem just was that there is no note at the field types here that they are read only, therefore there also was no difference when comparing the settings. And it was just annoying to have eg. a property "monthly recurring revenue" but no way to add it to the form and actually use it. But now I understand that quite a lot of deal properties have some connection deeper into the system (like to line items) and are therefore in a way calculated while the field type still says number. However, at least now I know what I have available and what not (and why). Thank you for your patience and for your great support, it was really very helpful!

Perhaps I was not accurate in my wording, so I better describe the flow: when I want to add a new deal (create new deal), a form opens up. In the top right corner it says "edit this form". When I click this to edit it, I have "add properties" on the left side bar. There I can chose from ca. 50% of my deal properties, but for whatever not all of them. So this is not about a new form, but the existing "Create Deal" form following the way it is supposed to be edited. And as I said, many of the Deal properties are available (as they should) but around half of them not for no obvious reason. Please help.
