Missing Menu? Can't see dashboard, tasks or deals?

Good Morning,

I have been using the FREE Hubspot software, and it's all be great. Till Now.

I Logged in this morning and my top menu has changed? 

I can't see 'tasks', the sales dashboard, or my deals?

 

I've spoken to Hubspot Support via twitter, (seems to be the only way to contact anyone) they logged into my account and could see all this, even sent me a screen shot. 

 

I've cleaned my browser.. but I'm still without these rather vital sections?

Anyone have an idea? Hubspot Support lost interest in helping once they realised I was just using a FREE account. Which is disappointing. 😞

Got to Settings - Team - Manage Users - Edit Permisions - CRM Features 'Enabled'.

This is an old post, HubSpot is constantly evolving. If you are on a paid subscription contact them directly - they will be able to help you I should think.  I'm not entirely sure what you want /can't do?

Problem with this solution: if it's the same lack of "menus" I'm seeing, there is no "settings" menu to click on. It only has the Sales button. Now what?

I'm an admin in HS CRM, and also have Sales Pro installed.  I have no menu view to "enable CRM Features," as your directions suggest.  The imagery you sent, doesn't even apply to what we see on our screens.  We have no explanation as to why some of us can use Teamwork's integration to create tasks, and others cannot.  Please help.
