So basically, my colleagues and I have different Hubspot IDs but under the same company.
Is there any way possible to get their account to move into the main one?

Hi @LLin1,
HubSpot doesn't have a feature specifically for this, unfortunately, accounts cannot be merged automatically. You would have to export all records from one portal and import them into the other portal.
HubSpot has great knowledge base articles that walk you through export and import step by step:
- Export contacts, companies, deals or tickets
- Import contacts, companies, deals, tickets, products, or notes
This would be the free option and it will cover the major data (objects and their property values, e.g. contacts). If you haven't accumulated a lot of history in your portal, export/import is the easiest solution.
However, HubSpot doesn't let you export engagements (e.g. emails sent). These are only accessible via API. Some apps have been developed based on that API. Some of them help specifically with importing historic emails, e.g. Threads. Others promise to take care of the whole migration, for example HubSpot to HubSpot Migrator.
Hope this helps!

@LLin1 @karstenkoehler For merging HubSpot accounts (also referred to as merging HubSpot portals), there is a HubSpot Certified app called the HubSpot to HubSpot Portal Migrator that is available in the HubSpot App Marketplace. This data migration tool automates the process of migrating data from one HubSpot portal to another. Designed specifically for merging two or more HubSpot portals, this app uses HubSpot APIs to automatically migrate CRM data from one HubSpot portal to another HubSpot portal.
This automated app is ready to migrate your data with no field mapping required. There is no need to manually create properties. The HubSpot to HubSpot Migrator automatically takes care of everything required for moving your HubSpot data from one portal to another. This application migrates the following HubSpot data from one HubSpot portal into another:
The HubSpot to HubSpot Migrator is designed to update the data in the destination portal. This eliminates duplicate contacts and minimizes duplicate data. Use the Migrator to:
- Move data from an existing HubSpot portal to a new one
- Combines two existing portals into one
- Consolidate multiple portals
- Migrate data from a production portal into a sandbox portal
