Meeting reminders and confirmations being sent from HubSpot domain instead of our own

Hi HubSpot Community 👋

We’re currently facing an issue with meeting reminders and confirmation emails being sent from a HubSpot-generated domain (e.g., notifybf2.hubspot.com) instead of our authenticated company domain.

This affects not only the professionalism of our communication with clients, but also may impact deliverability and trust, especially when these emails land in spam folders or appear suspicious to recipients.

We already use a custom connected domain for marketing emails, and SPF/DKIM are correctly configured. However, it seems that calendar-related reminders and confirmations from the meeting tool are still being routed through a HubSpot domain.

We’d like to ask:

• Is there a way to configure meeting-related emails to use our custom domain?

• If not natively supported yet, are there any workarounds or best practices the community recommends?

• Has anyone successfully dealt with this and managed to make these reminders appear more brand-aligned?

This is becoming increasingly important as we scale our use of HubSpot meetings with clients and prospects.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @IohranAraujo as far as I'm aware there's no way to update this, you can only change the domain your meetings links are hosted on and not any notification emails. 

Definitely agree this would be an important feature though, it would be a great request for the feature request board here.
