Meeting Schedular

SOLVE

Hi all,

 

I am having issue setting up my meetings scheduler for some reason. When i sahre the call link with clients it shows only 2 dates available and in my settings it show full week. Really confused what is wrong here, if someone could help please https://meetings-na2.hubspot.com/radhika/discovery-call

Hi @RMayani 

 

The scheduler relies on free/busy information from your connected calendar. Right now the 13th and 20th of July show as available which would indicate you either have no availabilities from Mon-Thu or your meeting link is set up wrong.

Hey! If your HubSpot meeting link only shows two available dates, it’s usually because your connected calendar (like Google or Outlook) is blocking off the rest. Even if your scheduler settings show full availability, HubSpot follows your calendar’s free/busy info. Make sure your calendar is fully synced, permissions are set to allow HubSpot full access, and check for any all-day or busy events. Reconnecting the calendar can also help reset things.

Thanks for your response. I think the set-up is wrong somewhere, as it does not allow to go onto the next week or can click on the arrow? Is there any tuturial how can i set it up correctly?

Hi @RMayani 

 

This is what I am seeing when I go to your meeting link:

You are available this Friday and next Friday, if your setting is "over 2 weeks" this is correct as it includes the current week and the next week.

 

If none of the other dates are available it means you have appointments in the calendar which are set as "busy" which means they won't show as available.

 

Can you please share screenshots of your meeting link settings and your calendar (hiding any sensitive information).
