Meeting Limits

Hey all...

We're running into a limit for our knowledge on how to configure something (if possible). We'd like to be able to create a meeting schedule where someone can book 1 of 15 available time slots within a given month before it kicks them out to the next month for booking availability. On a FCFS basis. 

Does anyone have any suggested workarounds or ideas about how to do this?
