I work with multiple queue's in order to organize tasks for several projects and timeblocks to spend on it. That works nice, but sometimes I forget to add a queue to a task which then does not show up in the queue. I tried to find whether you can make the queue a mandatory field to be filled in, but haven't been able to find it. Any clue if this is possible? If not: feature request! 🙂
As far as I know, this is currently not possible. If you want to request this from the product team, I'd recommend posting in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. It's being monitored by the product team, posts are evaluated based on their popularity.
