Lost my account

Hi, I had two account before:

1 was named after our company: Bottle Up

2nd was named :  Bottle Up London Terms of Service &: 8414800


The first one was actually the only account I used, but has disappeared completely.


The 2nd one is useless because i never registered for that one

Hey Bart- When you say you've Lost your account, is it that you can no longer log in, or the account doesn't show up under Settings -> Users and Teams? If you can't log in, do you remember the email for the account/do you still have access to the email for the account? If that's the case, you can request a password change and get access that way.
