I have a client that wants me to use his instance of Hubspot. I have tried to set up my account there but hubspot is trying to set it up so that it uses my Instance of hubspot.

How can I use the clients email to set up a separate access to their system and not my instance

They are using Professional or Higher

Hi @JRGies,

They would simply have to add you as a user: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/add-and-remove-users

Once they have, you can switch between all the HubSpot portals you're added to like explained here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/manage-multiple-hubspot-accounts

Hi @JRGies

I am not following....

The client needs to set you up as a user with your email.

Where exactly is he/she running into problems with that?

Can the client confirm that you're added onto their portal (they can check to see by going to settings -> users and should not see you as a pending user)? If so, you likely need to click your profile in the top right, scroll down to where it says accounts, and you may need to switch portals there.

If you haven't been added onto their portal, then you haven't added yourself onto their account correctly.
