I have been locked out of my account. I tried to reset my password, but no emails are coming in to my inbox. I have checked all the spam, and junk boxes. I have logged in using a colleagues account and tried asking the help bot. The only option I have is to ask here in the community. I am on the free version so I don't have access to Hubspot Support. I tried the whole nametag verification, and not sure where that will lead me. The problem is, that I stopped recieving emails from Hubspot. It has been a month now. Is it possible, that me email address has been blocked completely? How can this be remedied. I have no access to my CRM, and this is affecting my productivity. Thinking I should just throw in the towel and find another CRM, and use my colleagues account to export my data.

Hubspot would not block an email address from receiving a password notification. Who is your ESP? Have you contacted them to see if emails are not getting through? Also if you have a colleague's account who has access to your Hubspot, you should be able to reset another user's password which is a feature on all accounts: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/reset-user-passwords . If not, and you were evaluating Hubspot for purchase, you could try reaching out to sales to see what they suggest.

I’ve checked internally, and it looks like all HubSpot emails (including password reset emails) have been delivered to your address, there’s no indication of a bounce or block on your account.
If you’re still unable access your HubSpot account, the best next step is to submit the form at the bottom of this article: "Log in to HubSpot".
