I had 2 HS accounts, one paid 'child' (not sure what the correct term is) account and the free account. Both used the same email address. I do not have my Hub ID saved. No emails were sent from the free account.
Since discontinuing with the paid account, it appears that I am now also locked out of the free account.
How do I go about restoring access to the free account?
