We have a sales pipline. We also have some partners. I would like the partners to have access to specific deals that they are involved in. I don't want to create a seperate "Partner Pipline"
How would I do this?
Create a User called Partners with limited access?
Create a team called partners?
Then how would I "assign" certain deals to be accessable to the partner team / role?
Any help greatfully recived as this is urgent right now.
Not quite, you can have multiple "User" fields on an object. That's why I mentioned making a "Partner" user field and assigning those partners there. The SE can still be listed as the "deal owner".

You're on the right track here. In their permissions, you would set their CRM permissions to only edit/view what they own under the deals. Then you would create another "Partner" user property and assign deals you want them to see under that property.
If you need help setting this up, just let me know!
Yes thanks for this. The issue here is that the Sales Executive would be the owner of the deal and the partner would just have access to it in HS. I guess we would have to make the pertner the owner of the deal for this to work?
I guess the other option is to have a partners only pipline with the SE owning the deals in that pipline but partners having access to theat pipline only?
