Hello, we are seeing contacts come in as MQL lifecycle as we would expect, but am unsure why they are becoming SQLs. The below image shows the activity and I can't see what is happening in the workflow 'Create Lead Contact LCS Update'. Is this happening because the sales team are attempting to call the contact? If so, am I not seeing the call activity in the list because the call is failing?
