Hello everyone, our license will soon switch from a 'package' to a single license. We have been advised to activate the users before the license expiration so that they are included among the 'free' users under the new contract settings. However, it seems that merely registering and activating a user is not enough; each user must actively and daily work (keep the user active). Does anyone know what the concept of an ACTIVE USER means? What actions need to be taken? Thanks

I'm not sure that anything has been officially released defining what an active user requirement is, however, I would assume that it would be a user that has consistent, normal usage of the system, editing records, etc is a safe assumption. I don't believe creating a user and having them log in a couple of times or just perform a couple of activities every few days would be enough.
