I am looking for some help and I wondered if you would know a solution for my issue. We currently cannot seem to figure out a way to do this with workflows, other than using something external like Zapier or Boomi.
Scenario:
Our Sales Manager for our UK Country wants the Inbound Leads received via HubSpot to be assigned automatically to a Sales Rep on a set schedule each week, so they have a set day a person will receive leads. For example:
Monday: Jack
Tuesday: Sarah
Wednesday: Mark
Thursday: Sam
Friday: Steve
Do you know how we can use as much standard HS Functionality to achieve this? We have Ops Hub Enterprise & Sales Enterprise Licenses.
The workflow configuration would be the same for each workflow, only that one workflow only runs on Mondays, then assigns to Jack, the other on Tuesdays etc.
Make sure to unenroll contacts immediately (e.g. via unenrollment settings) the moment a record is assigned. Otherwise, the workflow for the next day(s) might also enroll the workflow if the enrollment criteria are still met.
No need for third party solutions.
Best regards

Would there be a way to build this into one workflow? It isn't scalable if we want to take this further across the business (multiple countries and a lot more sales reps).
@JBell342 each time slot needs its own workflow. Within workflows, you could branch by country, territory etc. So unless you're planning to have an increasing number of slots per day, this is still feasible in my opinion.
If you want to do this within one workflow, it'll require a custom code action (available in Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise).
