Last Activity date appearing for contacts but not for companies associated

Hi,
I am sending email to contacts through Outlook, I can see all the on the Last Activity Date all the contacts I have sent them email, but when we go to the Companies tab and filter with Last Activity Data we only get a few contact, are we doings anything wrong? Thanks
As you can see the last two Contacts appear on Last Activity Date, but on my Companies tab under Last Activity Date thet dont appear.
I think the issue here is that you are trying to get the same results from two different objects in HubSpot.
Contacts and Companies are two different objects, and although they work similarly, there are some object records that you can not filter the same way and expect the same results.
Let's look at the two screenshots you provided:
1. Contact: The records in the table view are contact properties (Name & Primary Company). You have been sending emails to your contacts via outlook, and that is why you can track the contact property (Last activity date) which you have filtered with. What you are seeing in this screenshot is just two (Name & Primary company) of the many contact properties of the contacts you have been engaging with.
2. Company: Here, what you are seeing from your filter of "Last activity date" are two company properties (Company Name & Website URL). If you go to edit columns and include "Associated contact", you will find that you are going to see different contacts that you might not see in 1 above. This is because the activities that occur with "contact object" are not necessarily the same as those that occur with "company objects".
So, to see the associated/primary companies of the contacts that have "last activity date", simply edit your column and add these two.
Likewise, to see the associated contacts of companies that have "last activity date", simply edit your column and add this property.
