Issues adding new user to account

SOLVE

I am trying to add a new user to our account. The notification email isnt being recieved. I have read through previous posts and followed guidelines advised on hubspot community articles to no avail. Please help!!

Hi @SAllsopp,

 

There is a thread specifically for this. It includes troubleshooting steps and the ability to reach out to the community managers via comment: New user not receiving welcome email: PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING
