Issue with permissions

Dear HubSpot community,  

 

My company has just subscribed to HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hub Professional for Start-Ups. I’m setting up the account and I have troubles with permissions.
 
I have the admin rights, however I can not access some features such as changing my account name, adding new users, change teams…
 
How can I fix this?

Hi @Camille-im,

 

It doesn't look like your portal has a Super Admin set up, who would be able to make these changes. 

 

I would recommend reaching out to HubSpot Technical Support to have them assist in setting up a Super Admin within your portal.
