Issue with email sender account

Hi
I recently changed my email address from zeeshan.akram@ to zeeshan.ak@ on gmail. I also have an alias account of info@
since the day i have changed this, all my emails are received as from my alias account. if i send email from gmail app, there is no issue but if i send from hubspot, it is sent from alias even though in email composer i see my sender account as correct. i have changed my user id as well in hubspot. i also added zeeshan.ak as user but nothin works

Hi @ZA25 ,

I often find it best to disconnect and reconnect emails again when changing email adresses. Have you tried disconnecting your personal email and reconnecting it within HubSpot?

Also, try logging into hubspot from different browser and sending test emails. Could be a cache issue so you just have to clear cache in your browser and login again.

Thanks mate. i just chcked using Edge (earlier it was chrome). It behaved the same.
when you say disconnect and connect account again, you mean under Settings->Channels and uncheck and check the channel? if yes then i already did that but it did not work
