Issue with 'Create User' - new user cannot be created / free account

Hi, I am unable to create a new user in my free Hubspot account. Can anyone help?


I have 4 active users, 4 deactivated users. There is no option for me (at the moment) to delete these deactivated users.


When I try to Create a User (either with Quick Invite or Custom Invite), I get the message that 'There is a problem sending the invite / Please try again.'


I should be able to create a new User, can anyone suggest what I can do? Thank you.

Free HubSpot accounts have a limit on the number of users you can have. Since you mentioned having 4 active and 4 deactivated users, you may be hitting the limit. Unfortunately, deactivated users still count towards your total user limit in a free account. To resolve this, you might consider upgrading to a paid plan which offers more flexibility with user management.

Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve unexpected issues. Try clearing your cache or using a different browser to see if that helps.
