Issue occur while connecting outlook calendar

SOLVE

Hi, many of my organization team members had an issue connecting their outlook calendar and they need to use "HubSpot Meeting Scheduler"

After signing in with their Microsoft account, it redirectes to a page that shows an error

I hope you are doing well!

 

First, please make sure to connect your personal email before linking your calendar. The option to connect your personal email must be  enabled. This will ensure you're able to link your calendar as well.

Hi @Ashrakat_Hossam,

 

Correct. The calendar is linked to the email account. That's why the email should be connected first. Even if it's a work email, what it means is that each person should connect their own work email, not a group email. After that, they can connect the calendar with the steps I mentioned.

But they don't want to link their personal calendar, they need to connect the calendar that they have on the work email which is linked to their hubspot account
