Issue accessing Marketing Emails (as a super user)

Hi there,

I am having an issue accessing Marketing Emails. I have just been given Super Admin access by one of my colleagues, by can't access Marketing Emails. 

Yusuke in the Inbound Sales Team asked me to try a few different steps - clear cache, use ingognite browser, switch browsers, login via different device (on a different network), change permission settings (super admin - normal - super admin access). None of these things worked. 

Any ideas about what the issue is?

Hi @KKnuckey,

 

Have you double checked whether you are accessing the correct portal? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/manage-multiple-hubspot-accounts

 

Is there a tool-tip that pops up when you hover your mouse over the Get started button?

 

This might be an issue related to the free tools, if you already hit your free email limits this month – although that's not something I've encountered before.

Hi, 

 

I think calling the above a solution is a bit much. It's essentially saying 'turn it off and on again'. I have followed all these steps and nothing has changed. I am still the only one that currently has access to our marketing emails. Anyone else having an issue with this?

Hi @KKnuckey,

 

Are you not able to see any emails in the marketing email section or are you not able to access it at all? Could you share a screenshot?

 

Sometimes changes in permissions can take some time to take effekt – but it sounds like those permissions changes were made a while ago. I would try the suggested steps again (log out/in, different browser, clear cache/cookies).

Hi Karsten, 

Here is a screen shot of what i'm seeing:

Yeah the permissions changed some time ago. I can try the log out/in, different browser, clear cache/cookies...
