Invite Pending still despite User activating account.

Hello, we are new to community so sorry if this has already be asked.

Under Users and Teams, we have a problem with one of our Users showing as invite pending. The user has registered with HubSpot from the invitation email and is able to access the account and see the same information as the other super admins.

 

I've attached a picture to show what Hubspot is showing us.

We have reissued the email a few times, and the user has clicked on the link, and signed into Hubspot but the pending notice does not dissappear. We have also tried signing out of all sessions and trying to this again but its still not cleared the pending notice.

The account user is using a Mac. 

 

Does anyone have any advice how we might be able to fix this?

Hi @DLane3 ,
Seems like a bug. Sometimes these kind of issues happens and then get resolved theselves. 
Logout from the account, clear cache and then login again

I just wanted to say thank you - it was indeed a bug and after a few hours this resolved itself and all is working fine! Thank you for taking the time to respond to our query - much appreciated!
