Invitation email not received, initial email bounced

Hi, I am trying to add a teammate to our account, but for whatever reason he doesn't seem to be receiving the email invitation,

I have tried resending the invitation and allowlisting the email addresses given, but to no avail. The Hubspot interface shows "invite bounced".

 

Email Address works fine receiving and sending emails. There are no filters that will not allow @@hubspot.com emails received

 

Can you please help?

3. Confirm where in the process the user is getting stuck

 

I know you are not Hubspot employee. But why are you mentioning that?

If you're experiencing problems with posting, please clear cache/cookies in your browser, try another browser or a different device entirely.

 

Do not share your information in this thread right here. The community managers are not monitoring it and only provide help in the thread linked above.

My posts are disappearing. Are they filtered as spam because I include email addresses?

Hi @prozakis, there might be a misunderstanding. I'm not a HubSpot employee, nor am I a moderator. I'm just a community member who helps others in his free time.

 

Have you tried using another browser? Are you commenting in the thread I linked?

I tried all these suggstions, no solution.

It seems the the mail address needs to be "unbounced".
This is what I read from other forum users

1. Check junk/spam folders

 

Yes, we did

2. Verify the email address spelling is correct

 

Yes, we did

 

3. Follow the steps outlined in this article

 

Yes, created allowlist filter in gmail, allowing the hubspot email addresses

checked notifications

 

These steps include: 

Allowlisting the following email addresses: 

 

Allowlisting IP addresses (see in article)

 

Yes, we tried a few IPs 

 

4. Resend the invitation 

You can do this within your portal by navigating into settings>users & teams>search for the specific user who has the pending invitation and resend the email.

New user will not receive the invitation email
