Invitation email not received, initial email bounced.
We cannot send or re-send an invite to a new User **email hidden for privacy purposes**. It's says that the email has bounced. Could you unbounce his address so that we can try again? Thanks
We've unbounced your colleague from your account. You should be able to send them an invitation now 🙂
I would also recommend having them go through the steps in this knowledge base article to ensure they can receive HubSpot-related notifications moving forward.
