Follow the steps and comment in the thread from step 1:
1. Email address of the user
2. Portal you are trying to add the user to
3. Confirm where in the process the user is getting stuck
If you're experiencing problems with posting, please clear cache/cookies in your browser, try another browser or a different device entirely.
Do not share your information in this thread right here. The community managers are not monitoring it and only provide help in the thread linked above.

Have you tried using another browser? Are you commenting in the thread I linked?

You can do this within your portal by navigating into settings>users & teams>search for the specific user who has the pending invitation and resend the email.
